At FLEXICO Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the watch you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury box along with all warranty cards and manuals, ensuring the protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Await Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our quality control team inspects the timepiece, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
